What to include

- Accessibility barriers: the page, your device and browser, any assistive technology, and what you expected.
- School pilots and privacy reviews: your school or district and what your approval process requires.
- Permission requests: how you would like to use or adapt the experience.
What we cannot do
- We cannot recover a lost game save. Progress lives only in the player's own browser and there is no cloud copy.
- We cannot look up a player, because no accounts or player records exist.
- We cannot give financial, legal, medical or tax advice. The simulation uses teaching estimates only.
