Info & Legal

LIFE HAPPENS! — Build Your Future. A Rich Off Education Learning Experience. Written for parents, teachers, school administrators and students. Effective September 18, 2026.

Privacy at a glance

  • No account, login, email address or password is needed to play.
  • Students pick a nickname. The game asks you not to use a full legal name.
  • Game progress is saved only in this browser on this device. There is no cloud save and no sync.
  • Clearing your browser or site data erases the save permanently.
  • The game contains no ads, no analytics code, no cookies, no payments, and no camera, microphone or location access.
  • Teacher session settings and observation notes also stay on the teacher's own device.
  • Website hosting still necessarily processes ordinary technical request data. That is described, not hidden, in the Privacy Notice.

For parents, teachers and administrators

  • No student account is required in this version.
  • Students should use a nickname, never a full legal name.
  • Progress is stored locally on the device and browser used to play.
  • Clearing site or browser data can erase a student's progress.
  • Teachers should not type IEP or 504 details, diagnoses, health or disciplinary information, student ID numbers, or other sensitive records into observation notes. This product does not yet have an approved data-handling model for that kind of record.
  • Schools and districts should follow their own approval process for educational technology before classroom use.
